Tuition Refund Policy

• The registration fee and June tuition deposit are non-refundable once your spot is confirmed.

• The remaining tuition (excluding the non-refundable deposit) is refundable with one month’s written notice. For September starts, withdrawal notices must be submitted by July 31.

• No refunds for April or May tuition unless withdrawal notice is given by February 28.

• Tuition payments are required to hold your child’s spot during extended absences.

Communications Policy

At University Hill Preschool, we prioritize open and respectful communication between parents and teachers. If concerns arise:

• Parents are welcome to speak to teachers after class.

• If additional time is needed, a meeting can be scheduled at a mutually convenient time.
